Issue with Arabic Version of Knowledge Base Page After Recent Plugin Update

    After updating our knowledge base plugin, the Arabic version of the knowledge page on our website is displaying “Articles coming soon” instead of the English articles.

    Previously, both the Arabic and English knowledge base pages showed the same English articles since there was no Arabic version available. However, following the latest plugin update, the Arabic page now presents the message: “Articles coming soon”.

    Despite inserting the KB shortcode into the Arabic page, it appears not to be reading it. We seek your advice on resolving this matter.
