Issue with ‘Apply when’ field

    Hi there

    We are using this plugin to offer a discount of $25 off cart totals above $100 (using cart rules). We’ve set this discount to apply ‘when no other discounts’. However, we have another sale running that offers a specific product at 50% off.

    The issue is that this product is now being discounted 50% off and $25 off at cart. How do we disable the $25 off for this specific product only?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, we cannot restrict products in the cart rule. Since, for cart rule, the discount is applied based on the cart total and it is independent from the cart item.
