issue with apostrophe

    Hi

    we have an issue with text anchor when we use apostrophe (‘) in the text.

    for instance we have heading level 2 acting on <h2>L’abbandono di Machu Picchu</h2>
    the link doesn’t work and we get in console
    ezTOC scrollTarget Not Found: [id=”Labbandono_di_Machu_Picchu”]

    do you have a snippet to avoid to strip ‘ when creating the id?
