Issue with Anchor Link in Top Menu

Hi, I am using the Onepress Theme and the page is now up and running, however I am noticing an issue with a particular link in my top bar menu, which oddly enough only occurs on my home page.

Reference is made to https://freigang-zum-erfolg.de/. The menu includes a dropdown option on the right (“MEHR”), which contains an anchor link under “Preise” (inserted as individual link via the Design -> Menu tab in wp-admin).

Strangely this works perfectly fine for any page except the starting page, even though the HTML code looks fine to me.

Any idea how to fix this is appreciated, thanks in advance.
