issue with An unexpected error

  • I am trying to import a blog from blogger into WP – have done many times in the past with other WP sites, but for some reason, this one is causing issues. I am also now getting the same error when I try to install plugins through WP – the web host providers can not see the issue. They have bumped up the memory but it is still failing.
    error here:

    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    ALSO…it wont let me load 3.5.1 version.

    Download failed.: Couldn’t resolve host ‘www.remarpro.com’

    Installation Failed
