Issue with an import that gets stuck at 29%

Hi, im currently having an import issue, i exported a backup of my wordpress account and will migrate to a different wordpress setup, when i tried to import it was stuck at 29%, i waited but after an hour or so it was still stuck. I have the extended version of wp migrations as well and the file size is more or less 1gb only.
