issue with Amazon Associates Link Builder

    Easy Table of Content got an issue with Amazon Associates Link Builder.
    when Amazon Associates Link Builder is active I can not hide the TOC with checking “Disable the automatic insertion of the TOC”.
    The checkbox can’t be saved.
