Issue with already subscribed emails

    Hi,
    I have installed the latest version of this plugin in my website but i am having issue.. form is not submitting if i add already subscribed email in “Email” field and submit the form…
    Its continuously showing waiting cursor and in console its giving error..

    I changed theme but its still giving error..
    what could be the issue ?
