• Hi,

I am using the free version of the YITH Ajax Product Filter plugin to test and evaluate it before purchasing. My setup includes WooCommerce, Elementor, and the Hello Shoppable theme. The site is currently under construction, so I cannot provide the link.

The issue I am facing is that when I apply a filter, the loading spinner keeps spinning without ever loading the results. However, if I copy and paste the generated link, the page loads correctly.

I checked the browser console and received a warning that using synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Are there any solutions to fix it?

    Thank you!

I didn’t share the link because the website is still under construction. If you want, I can create a guest account for you to view it
