    Dear TranslatePress team,

I am writing to report an issue that I am experiencing with your TranslatePress plugin in combination with the Advanced Woo Search plugin. I have installed TranslatePress on my WordPress website to translate it into multiple languages, but when I change the language using your plugin, the Advanced Woo Search plugin does not work properly.

Specifically, when I try to search for products on my website using the Advanced Woo Search plugin, it only returns results in the default language and does not show any results in the translated languages. This is a critical issue for my website, as it makes it difficult for my users to find the products they are looking for.

I have tried deactivating other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme to see if there are any conflicts, but the issue persists. Therefore, I suspect that the issue is related to a compatibility problem between TranslatePress and Advanced Woo Search.

Could you please investigate this issue and provide me with a solution or workaround as soon as possible? My website is live, and this issue is causing significant inconvenience for my users.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best regards

    Hello there,

The first step is to make sure that you’ve accessed the content in the additional language to be able to find it in search.

Can you please give me an example of a product I should search to see exactly? Or maybe a link.

    Best Regards,

    Anca

    Hi Anca,

In my search, I entered “Dubrovnik”, which is a city name.

    Kind regards,

    Davor

    Hello there,

I see the problem now. I’ve tried this on my test site, but it works correctly. I don’t see why it doesn’t work properly on your site.

Just to confirm, you are using the Advanced Woo Search plugin?

The first/next recommended step is a conflict test:

??Briefly disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

Let me know how this goes.

    Best Regards,

    Anca

Despite my attempts to troubleshoot the issue, I have been unable to resolve the problem. Upon further investigation, it appears that the search results are only displayed correctly when a single product is returned. In cases where multiple products match the search criteria, the search results fail to display these products.
