Issue with Advanced Card Processing

  • Hi,

    I’m experiencing errors when using the “advanced card processing” payment method. Once I press the button to finalize the order, a little wheel appears that continues to spin infinitely.

    This does not happen if I try to complete the payment using the “standard payments” method.

    wordpress, woocommerce and your plugin are updated to the latest version, there are no errors in the logs and everything is set correctly in the “connection” panel of your plugin, even the webhook simulation check.

    What can cause the problem?
