    Hello,

We found an error on the admin panel after updating the WooCommerce plugin. The error is showing in the WooCommerce Buy One Get One Free plugin folder. However, we have not completed the store connection for the WooCommerce Buy One Get One Free plugin, so we are unable to update this plugin.

Here is the error message –

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: array_merge(): Argument #1 must be of type array, null given
    in /plugins/woocommerce-buy-one-get-one-free/includes/admin/class-wc-bogof-admin-navigation.php on line 49

Could you please guide us on how to resolve this issue?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi @wpbratati,

To clarify, you can still obtain the updated version of the plugin even if the connection hasn’t been completed. Simply contact the place where you purchased it to request the updated file, install it, and then finalize your connection.

The error you’re encountering appears to be due to the plugin not being updated. If the issue persists, please reach out to the platform where you purchased the plugin for further support.

    Hi @mosesmedh,

As mentioned earlier, we did not purchase any plugin. Currently, we are unable to update the WooCommerce Buy One Get One Free plugin because the update button is not appearing.

Could you please advise on how we can proceed with updating the plugin in this situation?

    Hi there!

I understand your situation. Let me clarify: please note that we only provide support for WooCommerce core features. Since the error you’re seeing is coming from the “Buy One Get One Free” plugin, only the plugin provider can assist you with fixing that issue.

Additionally, I noticed that the “Buy One Get One Free” plugin is a paid plugin. If you haven’t purchased it from WooCommerce, could you please provide more information on where you obtained the plugin? Also, if you’re not seeing the “Update” button, it may indicate that your plugin is already up to date. Could you please confirm whether you are using version 5.5.4, as the latest version is 5.5.4, which you can check here: Buy One Get One Free Plugin.

Once we have more information, we can assist you accordingly.
