issue with admin page

dear Gents,

i install this plugin and tried to change the admin path when i save setting i missed go to the admin/login page even i use safe code that send to me , now when i always go to [my site] / log-in which 404 not found page .

i made all instruction that mention in this forum , rename the plugin folder, change name of .htaccess and clean chach folder , searching for admin path in wpconfig.php , all things i did but still redirect to the page / log-in.

how can reset my admin page? please
