Before we can proceed with further troubleshooting, are you able to confirm the plugin you’re using to add USPS as a shipping method, is the USPS Shipping Method for WooCommerce or a different one?

Could you please confirm the general location of your store as USPS only works for stores located in the US?

Should the store be located in the US, please share with us your System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. This wasy, we can have a better understanding on how your store is setup.

WordPress’s plugin search shows no “WooCommerce Shipping” plugin, buy we have “WooCommerce Shipping & Tax”. And it is installed and active.

Woo Shipping & Tax is the old version of this, we separated the two plugins into two extensions: “WooCommerce Shipping” and “WooCommerce Tax”.? WooCommerce Shipping is just an updated version of the shipping features of Woo Shipping & Tax.

The reason I’m asking is because, by forum guidelines, in this forum we can only help with the WooCommerce core plugin and its features. So to get help with the shipping plugin, you need to open a thread on its forum.
