    Hi,

    We are using your free version of the plugin to send emails through Brevo.

    We identified an issue and would kindly need your guidance on how to solve it.

    Normally on Woocommerce, an order will go from Pending Payment to Processing status once paid.

    In addition to this default behaviour, we also have a custom status which is sometimes being used in between so the flow may be: Pending Payment – ‘Custom Status’ – Processing.

    We noticed that in 100% of the cases where the custom status is being used in between, an email is not being sent out. We checked the logs on Brevo and there is no indication for requests in these cases. We suspect that your plugin does not recognize this behaviour and only triggers when an order goes from Pending Payment to Processing.

    What would be the best way for the plugin to recognize that when an order goes from ‘Custom Status to Processing’ it needs to trigger the same?

    Hi @tomh172772,

    Thanks for reaching out! As I have checked with our developers, please kindly know that the WP Mail SMTP plugin does not trigger emails.

    Whenever your custom code executes the WP_Mail() function, those emails will be routed through the WP Mail SMTP configured mailer.

    In your case, I would suggest you get in touch with WooCommerce support to troubleshoot the issue.
