Issue with 3ds2 payment on wordpress/woocommerce using Stripe Woocommerce plugin

I understand that you’re experiencing issues with the 3DS verification window not working properly.

The Stripe element that prompts the 3DS verification is rendered in Javascript. Therefore, any extensions that minimize Javascript for performance purposes or alterations in the checkout page/process in general could potentially cause this issue.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Please update WooCommerce since we only offer support when your site is using the latest release of the core WooCommerce plugin (and the main WordPress software), and the previous two before that.

After the above has been updated, please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce and Stripe plugins are enabled, create a test order and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
