Hello. Thanks for your cool plugin.

I’m new to using it, and discovered an issue. For now, I have deactivated the plugin.

    Q2W3 Fixed Widget for WordPress
    Version 6.0.0-beta-1

    WooCommerce
    Version 5.6.0

    WordPress
    Version 5.8.1

When using WooCommerce Variable Products, the Price and Availability is not displayed for the active variation. This has been confirmed when using both Astra and Storefront themes. The Price and Availability appear again after disabling the plugin.

    Thanks again!

    Hi Bradley,

thanks for your detailed bug report.

In the Fixed Widget options, you’d see a “Test new version” option. Does it help if you enabled it?

If not, what would be the fastest way for me to set this up as a test?

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hey Thomas,

I double checked with the “Test new version” option enabled, however the issue is still present.

Here’s a test site, which expires in about 47 hours:

    Admin area URL: https://callousground.tastewp.com/wp-admin
    [redacted]

    https://callousground.tastewp.com/product/variable-product/

Otherwise, you should be able to replicate this by setting up a Variable Product on a test site of your own.

    Thanks for your quick reply.

    Sincerely,
    Bradley

We don’t want to encourage others (who are less reputable) to do similar things. It’s a fine line, but one that we need to enforce. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sorry about that!

Thanks for redacting it, letting me know and providing that link.

It’s for a test site which expires, and I didn’t know “test IDs and test passwords” were on that list of “The Bad Stuff…”

Thanks for your time and support!

    I really appreciate it.

    Sincerely,
    Bradley

Hi @bradley, if it is really only a test site where we cannot break then please send over the details with a link to this thread through this page.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

I am marking this thread as resolved since we found the incompatibility and were able to resolve it within Fixed Widget.

Anyone interested in trying it can download version 6.0.0, beta 2.
