    Hi there,

I have a site that put multiple virtual tours on a page using shortcode. I find out that the first one will ALWAYS have issue when viewed with an Android device.

At first I thought the first one has some issue, but then when I change the order of the shortcode, then the one that was working will start causing issue. It seems that whichever one that was listed first will cause issue.

    Please help.
    Thanks

  • Hi @ianhsieh ,

Actually, this is happening due to having many WebGL contents on a single page.

Can you give us the link to your page, so we can have a look?

Also, you can try to reduce the number of tours on this page and see if it works better.

    Regards,

    Hi @ianhsieh ,

Since we didn’t hear back from you in a while, we’re marking this thread as resolved.

Feel free to open another thread if you face any other issues with the plugin.

    Regards,
