    Issue:
When the user who last modified the post is deleted, the last modified user coughs up an error in the admin list. Possible to fallback to empty or a “User Deleted” message?

Notice: Trying to get property ‘display_name’ of non-object in /home/vagrant/Code/acxiom_website/public/wp-includes/author-template.php on line 104

    Hi @ar0berts,

Thanks for the feedback. We have not been able to reproduce your error. On all our test systems if the user is deleted, the string is empty and no error is shown (with DEBUG turned on).
Nevertheless we made some changes to check if the response of get_the_modified_author() is empty and then show “UNKNOWN” as username. This should solve your issue.

    Best regards from Spain.
