issue when updating from wp-admin dashbaord

Hello,
when ever i make an update from ploylang pro plug-in, im seeing the below error.
error message: Retrieving projects failed: cURL error 35: OpenSSL/3.0.9: error:0A000152:SSL routines::unsafe legacy renegotiation disabled (see?https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for?https://api.phrase.com/v2/projects?page=1&per_page=100
i checked with polylang pro support team and they are suggesting that its an error from Phrase string plugin.can you please help me in resolving the issue.
