• hi
    i setup a wordpress as a internal service in company .when i want to use configuration tab for plugin i face below problem .
    i can see configuration page and all tabs such as profile and setting and etc…in the first step after i check enable options in profile and click save nothing is happen!! the page is white and do nothing, there is no error . i have ping to my ad server from webserver ,although there is no error in my apache service in log
    please advise

    you can not save the NADI configurations before you verify the connection between the Active Directory and your WordPress environment. To do so please visit the environment tab and verify the connection.

    You should not be able to save your configurations before that and the button should also be disabled. If this is not the case most likely your web server is not providing the javascript files correctly. Please take a look at the developer console in your web browser (F12 or Ctl+Shift+I) to see if there are any errors.
