Issue When Resizing Image No Longer Shows Pixel Change

Ok, so although in version 3.8.3 (and going back a couple of years) I have been able to resize an image in a post (or page) and when doing so, will show the pixel size change but now with 3.9 it’s no longer available. I still have a WP site that was not updated so I took a screen shot:

It’s not a plug-in issue as I only had four:
– All in One SEO Pack
– Google XML Sitemaps
– Maintenance Mode
– Akismet

Other than Akismet, I don’t have the other three in my other WP site.

Any help would be appreciated as this was a useful feature and now adds more time to resize to the correct width and height.

Edit: Oh, and I’m using the Suffusion theme (thought I had posted that)
