Issue when plugin is activated out of the box

    Hey there,

    I have one main issue with this plugin, because i can’t get it to work like expected :(.

    I am running a WP-installation on my localhost. I gonna write a custom template, but when I activate the MR-plugin, all of my content disappears.
    This also occurs when I select different Themes, like Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Fourteen or Twenty Sixteen.

    I use these plugins: Advanced Custom Fields, Polylang and WP-Polls. That’s all.
    I already tried to disable several plugins and just activate MR, but no changes… the Content still disappears and I am getting just more salty.

    Maybe someone can give me a hint, what I am doing wrong.
    Or I can upload my installation to a FTP, where you can get access and help me debugging.

    Hi DNS,

    So you’re developing your own custom templates for the Multi Rating plugin? If this is true, it sounds like your template files contain PHP syntax errors. Are you comfortable with PHP? If you do not modify the template files and use the default ones, does it work fine? I’m sorry I cannot debug for you unless it is simple. Perhaps you can paste your code here so I can have a quick look.

    Sorry I wasn’t precisely enough. I just develop my own theme, not especially templates for the Multi Rating plugin.

    Well, thing is. This also occurs when I select different standard Theme.
    Like Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Fourteen or Twenty Sixteen.

    And they aren’t modified at all.

    FYI: the pro version is working. ??
