Issue when Choosing the Time

Hi,
There is an issue on Time Slot. After the chosen of the day when you go to choose the time then doesn’t marked as chosen. In fact if you click the time and go ahead to insert the email and fill the other fields and click submit, works and at the email with the appointment the time is ok but without a mark when you choose the time the customer thinks that there is an issue.
Can you fix this?
