[ISSUE] v3.3.2 update crashes site

  • Hi there

    We are trying to fix a clients site. They currently have WooCommerce Product Carousel Slider v2.0 installed and we’re trying to update to v 3.3.2, but when we update the plugin the site crashes. Please help.

    Hello,
    Before updating this one, please update the WooCommerce first. Hopefully you won’t face any issue.

    Hi there. everything on the site is now updated, including WordPress. As soon as we update WooCommerce Product Carousel Slider the shortcode stops working and the carousel does not load. PLease help.

    It might conflict with other plugin. Please try temporarily deactivating other plugins to find out the conflicted one. You may contact us from our website’s contact page.
