    Hi there,

Am new to the Hustle Plug-In. Trying to use the Slide-In form and am having the following issues:

    a. Field updates on form are not showing in live site (tried to clear cache)

Note: reason for updating original form was to align to GetResponse fields.

    b. No matter the input, I am not able to get past the Submit – constantly states Bad Request

Per reading through forums, someone suggested to better align the field names — which I have tried to do, but encounter problem “a” above.

I also tried to enter a legit email that I know is not yet in our GetResponse repository.

    Thoughts?

After refreshing and clearing cache a few times, the changes to the form finally cascaded to the website — so “a” seems to be ok now.

Regarding “b” — to test the integrity of the form, I enabled the Local List option and disabled the GetResponse integration. The submission was successful. So it seems now to point at something not connecting properly with GetResponse.

    Thoughts?

    Hello @tggalex,

I’m sorry to hear about those issues.

I have tested Hustle with GetResponse integration and it worked correctly.
Can you double check if in the Integration popup campaign were fetch correctly? Are there no errors there?
Can you also try creating a testing form that will have all the default fields and see if it will work for it?

    kind regards,
    Kasia

I created another form from scratch and it worked as you said so the culprit appears to be custom fields. How can I make the form work with custom fields?

    Hello @tggalex,

If you are creating custom fields they must match the same fields in the service provider. So the name has to be the same but also order of the fields.

    kind regards,
    Kasia
