hI! First, thanks for your work and plugin.

I faced the issue by setting up the speed of the plugin for some of the websites. I mentioned that the first step of the guide test (Speed up Time to First Byte by using Page Cache) gives back different values for the same sites with the same contents and themes, located on the same hosting (even on the same domain under different folders):

    website A – https://prnt.sc/3LMEH0iOL-0l

    website B – https://prnt.sc/lie1dQlRVa4Y

Can you please advise how to troubleshoot the issue and solve it?

    Hello @zevs3000

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.

This may have something to do with how the server resources are allocated. Can you please confirm it’s a shared server also please share the URLs of the website.

The initial results are different for both websites one being 3s and one 0.7 sec.

What is the ttfb for both websites once the Page cache is enabled?

    Thanks!

    thanks for your replay.

Tested sites are on VPN. Now Cloudflare is enabled. Some global changes were made on the production site, but there is still a big difference in the initial results.

    site A – 396 ms TTFB

    site B – 400 ms TTFB

Can the initial results on the guide step display an actual situation about page cache and possible issues?

    Hello @zevs3000

    Thank you for your feedback.

As I can see after some tests, the TTFB is fairly the same 380 to 390

And this is with using the Disk: Basic caching method and I suggest you use Disk: Enhanced. The test results in the Seup may vary depending on whether the server is overloaded.

Are the test results in the setup guide always the same?

    Thanks!
