Issue sound and hover

  • Hi.

    The plugin still change count number for activity update.
    To test i used firefox and chorm. After send message between 2 account. Hover icon, no appear any notification. (no dropdown appear too)

    What is wrong please?

    Can you check it by changing your WordPress theme?
    It may be theme style issue or you have any Js error on that page.

    Hi i tested with storefront theme. and another theme. Sometime it appear sometime is not. I guess because of z-index issue. You may need make z-index 10, and sound is not happen in both of theme.

    It totally depends on WordPress heartbeat API.
    Sometime it may be slow for some Notification because of heartbeat cycle.
    but so far I have not reproduced the case when it does not ring the bell.
