Issue solved in short time

Just to let you know my experience with this team: I found a bug, reported a ticket and they solved in a very short time providing me a patch first than a new release for everyone in just two days.
In my opinion the quality of a program is not granted by having no issues but in the resolution time in case they find an issue!
