    Hello,

    We have a problem that occurs from time to time and alternatively. Some customers complain that they do not receive an answer to their question after completing the contact form on our website.

    After checking, we never received their question by email. It doesn’t happen often, but it does happen.

    Is there any way to get a specific log to check? We use the mandrill service to manage the sending of emails.

    Hello @neoseeyou,

    Would you please check the email log in the mandrill services and let us know if there are any errors? If you are using Fluent SMTP and configured mandrill using other smtp option, you may check the email log as shown in the screenshot and let us know the update.

    Hello Amimul,

    Unfortunatly, there is no error log in the mandrill app that’s why i don’t understand this behaviour. We don’t use fluent smtp as all emails sent from our website are taking in charge by mandrill plugin and service.
