Issue Reconnecting Jetpack

Are you saying you can’t access WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/ ?

If so, I’d suggest checking this article for suggestions around that error:

Once you’ve fixed that, if you still have trouble with Jetpack, would you please delete Jetpack and then reinstall it?:

You shouldn’t lose any settings or any of your stats or subscribers in doing so, as that info is stored in our system here.

Tried all your suggestions but now I get this error when I try to access wordpress.com

This site can’t be reached

The connection was reset.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
