  • These “orphaned pages” are just WordPress attachment pages.

    WordPress automatically creates these for every file uploaded into the media library — it’s not just featured images.

    Interestingly enough, the Media URL for the image does not match the orphan url.

    There’s a corresponding image here: /wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Not-to-late-to-be-resolutionary.png

    The Yoast SEO plugin you’re using has a feature to redirect these attachment pages to the files’ URLs.
