Issue plain text vs html email

    Hi,

    I use a plugin called WP Better Emails. When an email is generated on my site, whether through WP or a third party plugin, it runs through this plugin and sends the email as a HTML email instead of a plain text email.

    It would seem that Awesome Support emails do not run through this process for some reason, and as such come out as plain text (breaking the site/email design), do you have any thoughts as to why this might be?

    This is surprising as we’ve had feedback about Awesome Support + WP Better Emails in the past saying it all worked very well.

    I will run some tests and see if there is an issue somewhere.
