Issue parsing HTML iframe code

In the footer one usually puts the Copyright text, which sometimes links to the Creative Common License, or one bolds or emphasize text. Since the 4.4 WordPress update, the footer which contains all those tags renders them as regular text.

It’s not happening on other sites with other themes.

It’s also acting weird with the iframe plugin, which is also rendering as regular text.
