Issue on tracking number – Using Boxtal and AST (Advanced shipment tracking)

Hello, I already open a support ticket on Advanced shipment tracking but they say the issue is not coming from their app.
When I add a tracking number, then validate with the “set order as shipped” I got an error “an error occures, impossible to verify token”.

https://floracbd.fr/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/2.jpgThen my customers doesnt received the email with tracking number (email automatic – your order is completed). The only way I have is to send it manually, then it works.

If I just add the tracking number first, then refresh the order page, then mark it as shipped (or complete) that is working.
And the same thing if I just mark the order as shipped without entering any tracking number the email is sent normally.
I cannot find if the issue comes from AST or Boxtal, but still this is not working fine
