issue on the filmstrip on nextgen gallery

Hi i am using next gen gallery with gallery view. All is ok instead of the filmstrip below the slideshow . The thumbnails are cut and the scrolling effect is really not fine.
Can someone tell me how to fix. Cannot show website because undercostruction .
