issue on home page when plugin is activated

    Hello , my website got an issue when i try to activate the following plugin ” wp hide security enhancer ” . My home page become white page , nothing is showing up like a bug , to resolve that issue i always need to backup my database . Can you say me what is wrong please ? Thank you ( the plugin is not not active yet right now )

    Hi,
    Sorry for the issue this should work fine. Can you check your server error logs for any specific message? This should reveal the exact cause.
    Generally, there can be 2 type of issues:
    1) A possible conflict with a different code
    2) The plugin also checks the outputted page headers for further processing, so any misconfiguration on the server-side regarding those headers can lead to such white page.

    If something goes wrong again, you don’t need to restore the site, just delete the plugin and remove the wp-hide lines on your .htaccess file, for more details see the FAQ area
