the JSON-LD Code is in the source code. Test it with the Google Data Testing Tool https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool

If you also want to see the question and the answer on the website change the parameter html=”false” to html=”true” in the shortcode.

When you add new FAQ and want to see the it on the Website make sure that the check mark at “Render HTML” is set in the FAQ-Modal.

And please stop pasting your URL in this thread – i think everyone has noticed it ??

Thanks. I can see no issues on the tool. But I have some question.

1. What is the best practice to use FAQ?
2. Is it necessary to have html version for user?
3. Or do I need both?

@mashum please use a search engine of your choice to find advice. Their are a lot of tutorials out there.
This forum is meant for problems and their solution which directly concern the plugin.

Hi! I am just loving this plugin! I seem to have an issue with multi FAQ – over 10 Q&A and it will only display items over 10.
