issue on Coupon on the checkout page

    Hello,

    We are using the Flatsome template

    We are facing an issue on the checkout page, specifically here in this section:

    “Have a Gift Card / Coupon ? Click here to enter your Gift Card / Coupon code”

    Everytime a visitor clicks on it, it expands and then disappears (closes) within 1 second. It doesn’t remain open.

    Can we please assist us in finding a solution?

    Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
