Issue on Checkout Page and Place Order button not working

We are facing issue to place order using cash on delivery and online payment both and the issue is when i click on place order button order received page in not opening and giving error like “error checkout processing. plese try again”.

I have deactivated all the plugins and except woocommerce but still same issue is coming. Please help me into this to fix it.
