Issue of slider images

Apologies – another question to fire at you.
I have setup the free service on a staging site. It seems there is a problem with your plugin and the images in the sliders we use (Nextend Smart Slider). The images in the slider stay blurry.

In order to use your plugin, we will need to find a solution. Is it possible for you to send me an email address to where we can send you a site link (to keep it out of the public domain)? Maybe you have an idea. Thanks in advance
