    Hello,

    Please check the screenshot:

    https://prnt.sc/4h75P217vmJA

I checked the documentation at https://docs.villatheme.com/?item=aliexpress-dropshipping-and-fulfillment-for-woocommerce, but there is no more information.

What if disable “Add shipping cost AFTER price rules” please? does it will automatically switch to “Add shipping cost BEFORE price rules”?Specifically, will it calculate the price based on the total cost including “product cost + shipping cost”?

The reason why I need check it is that some seller will play trick as the seller 1 below:

    Seller 1:
    Product price: 2 US dollar
    Shipping cost: 20 US dollar.

But the price of product is actually 22 dollar for customer.

So, in most cases, you will note that most seller set price as the following Seller 2 for same product:

    Seller 2:
    Product price 22 US dollar
    shipping cost: free shippingc

These two cases means the only total cost reflect the real price of product.

If enable “Add shipping cost AFTER price rules”, then we set out pricing by 50% profit margin for the above two cases, our sales price will be as following:

    For seller 1: 2+2*50%+20=23

    For seller 2: 22+22*50%=33

So, for unification or standardizing the pricing, the best way is supporting “Add shipping cost BEFORE price rules”, so that our price will be same for the products with the same total cost, no matter it is free shipping or not on Aliexpress.

So back to topic, does it support “”Add shipping cost BEFORE price rules” if I disable the option of “Add shipping cost AFTER price rules”?

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Sorry for the late reply.

The Add shipping cost after price rules will work like this:

    • If you enable the Add shipping cost after price rules

Output price = (original price go through the rule + shipping cost) x rate

    • If you disable the Add shipping cost after price rules

Output price = (original price + shipping cost) go through the rule and rate

For example: If an aliexpress product price is $80. The site currency is EUR, so the exchange rate let’s say: 0.92, The price rule will increase 100%. The shipping cost is $20:

    • If enable: Output price = (80 x 100% + 80 + 20 ) x 0.92
    • If disable: Output price = [(80 + 20) x 100% + (80 + 20)] x 0.92

You can try to import a product and change the otpion to see the result.

    Best regards.
