    Hi, I just attempted to make a small change to the email template within settings, when I clicked save it removed all my changes that I had for the email templates and restored default (i lost all my work) and now I am unable to make any changes to the email template, (it doesn’t save changes).

    I see another user on this forum complaining of something very similar so clearly an issue, please can let me know, many thanks!

    We apologise for the inconvenience. We acknowledge that this is an issue with our most recent release version 6.3.0, so this is a known issue and the team is actively working on and updating. In the meantime, if you like to use this feature without any issue, we recommend using an older version 6.2.2 of the plugin.

    Please follow these steps to download it:

    1. Visit the provided link.
    2. Scroll down to “Advanced Option.”
    3. Under “Please select a specific version to download,” click on the dropdown menu and choose the version you wish to download.
    4. Please backup your site.
    5. Upload this version to your WordPress site and replace the existing plugin.
    6. Please disable auto-update for Awesome support.

    This workaround should address the issue temporarily. We expect to release a permanent fix in the next version of the plugin.

    Ok many thanks is there anyway I can get back all the emails i customised? or will have to do again?
