issue in user Roles and capabilities

i’m using woocommerce, i have faced issue related to user Roles and capabilities, i have assigned shop Manager role to a user,and after this i want that shop manager can’t delete products,categories and Orders, shop manager can only add or edit products. after assigning manage_woocommerce_products capability shop manager can do every thing in product section.,so how to remove deletion rights from shop manager role.
