    Hi,

I have opened your website and the links seem to be working OK. We have not had any other reports of issues with WordPress 6.x Since you mention that ‘you faced this in the past as well’ I assume it must be something else, not the WordPress version.

Can you give us any other details or tell us how we can replicate the issue or where on your website we can see it happening?

Yes sir, the homepage link of the worldpress site with name ukskys.com is working. There is no issue on that, but I have faced issue of the plugin with name 301 redirect. I have not tested on my main site as in the past it has happened to me the past that I have redirected 180 urls on new urls as the new year of the event started. But as I have upgrated the wordpress to latest version the plugin stopped working and I had to uninstall the plugin, before that I have exported all the links in csv format. I have than installed the other plugin and than imported all the links to that. ThankGOD it started working. But one of my friends told me that I needed to refresh the permalink option in the settings. But this is just a hack. I am looking to find proper solution to it. That’s why I posted this question to find the appropriate answer.

Thanks for your kind reply. I appreciate. Regards.

Well, if it was an issue with the Permalink structure and fixing that resolved the issue, then it’s not a hack. If your redirects were created for a specific permalink structure they could break if you change it.

Also, the browser caches permanent redirects, so after making changes to your redirects you should test in an Incognito window or clear your browser’s cache.
