hi,

I have an issue in shop page, that all products on the shop page are disappeared and showing a white page with the main banner only, but when I hover over the white area with the mouse it shows that there’s content as the mouse is turns to a hand sign and when I click on the white block it leads me to the single product page normally.

once I inspect the page and check the console section, it shows following error related to HubSpot plugin:

Apologies for the inconvenience. May I know which browser are you using?

Are you using adblocker? If yes, can you please try whitelisting HubSpot or turning off enhanced protection in the case of Firefox?

Let me know if the above solution didn’t work for you. We will investigate it from our side.

Can you please try another browser and let me know if it is working okay there?

I am trying this in chrome and it seems to be rendering okay for me without any console logs.

I have checked the link. It seems the issue is with CORS. You can read more about it here: https://developer.chrome.com/blog/referrer-policy-new-chrome-default/#:~:text=strict%2Dorigin%2Dwhen%2Dcross%2Dorigin%20offers%20more%20privacy,the%20path%20and%20query%20string.

It doesn’t seem to be a Hubspot-specific problem.
