    Hello

    I did all the setup in Google cloud & the backend of the website

    I see 40 reviews on the website backend
    Only 29 are displayed on the website frontend

    I see the following message ”

    {
        "error_message": "This API project is not authorized to use this API.",
        "html_attributions": [],
        "status": "REQUEST_DENIED"
    }

    However I do confirm that I did the same setup as requested. What can be wrong?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I think our business is a business area. How to check and fix it?

    @fupfac A requirement of this plugin is a physical, single location so data is sent from the Places API.

    In order to receive the review data, you may wish to change your business’s location from a coverage area to a single address. Once this is set, the Places API will return data and you’ll be able to collect reviews to show on your website.

    How to do it? I haven’t figured it out

    @fupfac To set as a single location? This is handled with Google My Business.

    It’s already setup like this. That’s why I don’t understand. What option should I check on the GMB?

    @fupfac The Places API only collects data from a single location. Please ensure this is set in Google My Business.

    Once this is set as a specific location and not a coverage area, please follow the steps in the setup with attention to the Place ID (if you haven’t set this).

    I did check your website and it seems to be all set at the moment – did you work it out?

    @fupfac If there is still an error – in the API Key restrictions, there may be an issue with the IP address, so ensure this is current.

    Hello! For me all looks good. Can you send me an email so we can check quickly on a zoom?

    I sent you a message on your whatsapp from here https://designextreme.com/contact/ and an email also

    @fupfac Thanks for making direct contact.

    Your issue is quite persistent so I thought you may have changed your server’s IP since the original setup – however, with this restriction removed, the error remains. I’ve also used the same credentials and the error is not replicated on my test server…

    So perhaps try using “Clear Cache” in the Advanced tab to forcibly replace all the cached data and retrieve the new reviews?

    In any case, I do want to improve the handling of such errors within the plugin so everything you’ve provided is very useful to this end. Thank you.
