    This is a refund related issue. The AI chatbot on your support webpage: https://jetpack.com/contact-support/ directed me to post my issue here.

    I purchased Jetpack VaultPress Backup (10GB) on January 16, 2025 by paying ?1,037.16.

    Receipt ID: 101297308
    Transaction ID: stripe:ch_3

    It did not serve my purpose; so I had to ask for a refund on January 17, 2025. However, I received a refund of only ?17.64.

    Receipt ID: 101335186
    Transaction ID: stripe:re_3

    It seems that instead of refunding USD 17.64 your system has refunded INR 17.64.

    Please check and rectify this error and issue me a refund for the actual amount paid by me.
