Issue in product Synchronization

    Hi there!

    I’m using Product Sets to create group of products in my sales manager (business manager) but when I try to synch italian products in a set the products link in facebook(catalogs, ads and so on..) are for the english translation.
    How can I solve?

    Hi again,

    I also checked if the og:url was wrong but it’s not. So I don’t understand why it’s using EN url for IT products.

    Hi there,

    This would depend on how your store is setup for multilingual use.

    If you are using WPML, there is some discussion about changing the URL on the WPML support forum here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/woocommerce-for-facebook-integration/

    Could you perhaps explain a little more about your configuration?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I understand you’re having troubles with getting the translated versions of your products synced to Facebook. Can you confirm for us what you’re using to translate the products with? If you aren’t sure, can you please send us your System Status Report so we can confirm? You can find this by going to WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Get System Report in your WP-Admin dashboard.
