Issue in Placed Order Event

Hi,
We are facing an issue that our some customers are receiving an “Abandoned cart” email after a successful purchase. We have checked the Klaviyo dashboard and found that Started Checkout event recorded successfully but?the “Placed Order” event was not recorded as shown in the image – https://snipboard.io/8IsbnX.jpg. This might be the reason for this issue.
Could you please check this issue and suggest how can we fix it?
